Below please find a list of the documents that we will need to issue a loan approval. 

Apply via the link below and email me back the documents requested below. Keep in mind, during this process or at any time until I advise otherwise, do not apply for any new credit, refinance, co-sign or do anything that has to do with credit without my knowledge.

For all Borrowers on Loan:

• Copy of both of your driver's License and social security card.
• Last two years tax returns, all pages including W2's and/or 1099's. If  you are a business owner and business taxes are completed separately, please provide your business tax returns with any K1s if available.
• Last two months bank statements all account, all pages. Include retirement and investments accounts. 
• Last two/four pay stubs (covering the last 30 days)

• (If Applicable) US resident card front & back if borrower is not a US citizen
• (If applicable) SSA award Letter and SSA 1099
• (If Applicable) Student Loan Payment Arrangement Agreement or Latest Monthly Statement

(If Applicable) If borrower(s) owns other property the documents below are required for each property. If there is no mortgage, please provide the insurance declaration page and property taxes. 

• Mortgage statement(s) on all properties.
• Insurance policies on properties, if mortgage payment does not include escrows.
• HOA statement on all properties owned.
